Welcome to another installment of The Goldmine, where I’ll be swatching and discussing eyeshadow shades of gold, bronze, and copper. Today’s swatch is of MAC Goldmine (you knew I would eventually include a shade named this 
).

The MAC website describes it as an “intense gold with shimmer”. It is a true yellow gold, with no orange tones. I think this is a good shade for tanned skin people. It is bright enough to complement warmer skin without being too clownlike.
Oh wow that IS golden.
