I bet you all have been wondering how and where I store my monstrously huge collection of makeup. Maybe you have not been wondering but perhaps have thought about it. Okay, okay! I have been wondering if you all were wondering and that is why I am posting this.
About a year ago, I bought the Sterilite 7 Drawer Storage Cart and I have managed to fill it up quite nicely. When I purchased it, it was on sale for $30. I took a look at the Target website and it looks like it is not available at the moment. You could check back in a week or two and see if they have restocked it. Here is the entire set up:

Starting with the Sterilite:
The drawers have a flip top lid. This is a slight inconvenience. I have to pull out the drawer and then open the lid while balancing it on the edge of the cart.
1st Drawer: Neutrals, browns & black eye makeup (shadows, liners & mascaras)
Colorful eye makeup (shadows, liners & mascara)
Lipsticks, glosses & liners. Yep, this drawer is full! This is a mix of my personal stash and the lipsticks I keep in my pro kit. I slice off the tip of the bullet and smush it into my lip palette. It makes transporting products easier.
Blushes, foundations, powders, and face products.
Samples, extras I dont always reach for, packaging.
False lashes, headbands, flat iron, extra NYX l/s, Barry M dazzle dusts
Extras for my pro kit: disposable mascara wands, foundation sponges, MAC 15 well palette inserts (keep them just in case), a box of Lakme eye kajal pencils, and other extras.
The Staples 5 Drawer Cart contains nail polish in the first four drawers. The bottom holds my personal palettes.
Purple polishes (some are in the back, out of view. You will notice this in the upcoming shots).
Blues & "Wild Colors" polishes
Neutrals, Golds, Blacks & Whites. The red polishes are kept in a huge plastic shoebox container.
Green polishes
Palettes drawer. This is the deepest drawer, so I decided to use it to store the palettes.
