As far as I know, Ebay. And Sleek does ship to the U.S, but the rates are too high to make it worthwhile (for me).

Paying on that site will be tricky for you (I think they pretty much only accept bank transfer, which costs nothing if you have a European account), but I can help with that. I haven’t checked how much shipping will be to the US though, but again if it’s outrageous you can have them ship to my place and I can send it to you.
