Essie Nail Polishes in Stylenomics and Beyond Cozy

Minis! The minis are attacking!

Well, not really. But I did find these two at the Cosmetics Market and they were quite diplomatic and agreeable. No warfare going on here.

Essie calls it a “wealthy, rich and opulent dark green”. On me, it’s a bluish green-black creme that is seriously more black than blue. It’s not easy to tell it’s blue-green unless your hands are in direct sunlight (vampires might wanna avoid this).

Direct sunlight:

Beyond Cozy:

Beyond Cozy is a gritty glitter infused pale silver. Essie describes it as a “decadent silvery gold glitter”.

I really wanted Beyond Cozy when it first came out, but now that I’ve seen it on my nails I think it’s nice, but not a must-have.

What are your thoughts on these two?

You’ve gotta watch those minis. It starts small, but before you know it you’re being overrun by the Polish Hordes…. ;-)

  2. I love minis! I never finish nail polish anyway, so mini sizes are perfect for me. I have one Essie mini, a fuchsia pink.

  3. I like the champagne tone of the glitter, but probably wouldn’t wear it alone. I’d probably wear it over Stylenomics. Bonus – We have confirmation you’re not a vampire!
