The Goldmine: MAC Copper Sparkle Pigment

Welcome to another installment of The Goldmine, where I’ll be swatching and discussing gold, copper and bronze eyeshadows. Today we’ll be looking at MAC Copper Sparkle.

The website describes it as “super frosty copper flecks”.  It certainly is!

What I find to be interesting is that it’s a pigment consisting of flecks, not powder. Most pigments have a powdery consistency. The closest I’ve found in shade and texture to it is Jesse’s Girl Penny Arcade Eye Dust.   Copper Sparkle is a true copper.
