Review: Reviva Labs Sensitive Skin Cleansing Gel

Were you a hair gel person in high school? It seems to me that most teenagers go through an addiction period when they have to use buckets and buckets of hair gel. I actually started young. I was in the seventh grade when I started coating my hair with that sticky and mildy scented goo.

Why am I talking about hair gel in this review? Because Sensitive Skin Cleansing Gel reminds me a little of those gel days.

It has a pleasant floral scent, and foams up into a mild, filmy lather. It’s not a full fledged, fluffy lather, and it rinses off easily.

It’s consistency is a of a runny gel. I cup my hand before I pour it out. Then I dab it on my damp skin and rub gently.

I have combination/oily skin, and this takes off all of my makeup without making my face feel greasy or stripped of moisture. The scent is not overpowering or too sweet. It fades fairly quick after I rinse the gel off.

Overall, I like this mild cleanser. It could work for lots of skin types, and a little goes a long way.

Pros: Cleanses well, mild scent, feels good on skin, leaves no residue, reasonably priced.
Cons: Nothing bad here!
