Maybelline Color Show Brocade Nail Color in Silver Swank

I don’t think this was named after Hillary Swank, but I bet she wouldn’t mind.

Silver Swank is dazzling to look at and stands on its own when it comes to glamour.

It’s a frosty silver glitter with hexagonal blue glitter pieces.

The coverage is semi-sheer. I’m wearing two coats here.

I liked this overall.  It might be best over a more opaque nail polish, but even with just two coats I like the way it looks. The hexagonal pieces are kinda unexpected here and they add a bit of funkiness to a standard silver.

This polish is limited edition, so check your stores to see if they are any left.

The glitter chunks are scarce. Would have liked the shade without it.

I’ve heard some interesting things about this collection – I’m wondering if it’ll ever make it down here to Middle Earth!
