A Trio of Gold Nail Polishes

I swear, this sounds like a prize you receive in a video game.

“Once you reach the Trio of Gold, you shall collect 100 points!”

I dunno why I don’t just hire someone to write up better titles for me. It’s a tough job, and no one wants to do it.

I bought three gold polishes the last time I was at the Cosmetics Market.

They are: Ciate Gold Digga, NARS Pierre Hardy Easy Walking Left, and Rimmel London Metal Rush in Gold Save the Queen.

EWL is a soft champagne gold with a metallic finish. As you can see, brush strokes showed up to party because the metallic finishes tend to give us brush strokes.

Rimmel London Metal Rush in Gold Save the Queen

This is an intriguing shade. It flashes light green in some lights, and light gold in others. It has a shimmery, soft sheen finish.

Ciate Gold Digga

This is a deep orange kinda gold. It’s like melted pennies mixed with pumpkin.

I dunno why anyone would mix pumpkin with melted pennies. Everyone knows you’re supposed to mix melted pennies with crushed tomatoes.

I bought all three from the Cosmetics Market. The NARS polish was only $5. Can ya believe it?

  1. The first color is almost a rosy neutral for you…it’s almost exactly your own skin tone. I really love the melted pennies/pumkins shade…almost a copper, altho I think the second one is brightest against your skin. All very pretty!

I love gold nail paints. All these look pretty.

  3. Those are some really pretty golds! That NARS one especially. And $5? That’s a bargain!

  4. As far as I’m concerned you saved the best for last, so pretty.

  5. True that, the title is always the hardest part. And 5$? A bargain.

Such a pretty gold nail polish. I haven’t worn a gold polish in a long time.
