So, this sheet mask is marketed as a brightening mask.
From the website: “This is a soothing type of cleansing foam that has aloe vera extract that soothes and irritates skin. The aloe vera extract is known for its excellent moisturizing and soothing capabilities.”
I think the website’s writers may have meant to type “soothes irritated skin” instead of what you read above.
In my post about the Rice mask, I didn’t get to snap a photo of what the mask looks like when it’s unfolded.
Here it is! This is the unfolded Lemon mask.
It smelled wonderful: just of lemons, and not too sweet or too artificial. It didn’t smell like real lemons, but more like a lemon cleanser.
I followed the instructions and left this on for 15 minutes. The residue left on my face was rubbed into my skin.
My face did look a little brighter and more refreshed after using this. My skin was super soft too. I think this kind of mask may need multiple uses (using a new mask every time) if you want to see real brightening results. That sort of thing takes time.
