Teal eyeliner is one of my favorite makeup products ever. Whenever I try out a new cosmetics brand and want to test out an eyeliner, I go for either dark brown or teal.
I heard some positive things about Silkissime, so I bought one during a sale at Rite Aid.
It comes in the usual slim L’Oreal packaging. Neat and nice.
The eyeliner pencil is stamped with gold lettering. I think it looks very pretty against the teal shade.
The color is a very brilliant shade of peacock-blue. It’s more of a bluish teal than a greenish teal.
Hope you enjoy my squiggly design. They say I can be the next Picasso, ya know. 😛
This wore well on me for about 6 hours. It smeared a little by the 6th hour but the results weren’t so bad. I had an easy time with application: the product is creamy, glides on well, doesn’t tug or pull, and delivers rich, intense color without repeated attempts to increase visibility.
This is a “sharpen me, please” kind of pencil. Not the twist-up kind. It’s easy to sharpen and doesn’t splinter or crack as you sharpen (the way some pencils do, because they are so uncooperative).
Pros: Great pigmentation, easy application, affordable and available in most drugstores, beautiful shade.
Cons: Didn’t last more than 6 hours.
