I’m resurrecting (good term for the spring season lol) this old category for the purposes of my weekly self-care posts.
Once a week we’ll chat about what we did during the past week to nourish our mental health and protect our mental well-being.
Things I did during the past week:
- Watched this cute and moving (for me, at least) short.
- Baked a sunshine cake.
- Pinned some items I want to My Style.
- When I had some flashbacks to abusive situations, I reminded myself that it’s not my fault I was abused and my abuser is to blame.
- I painted my nails for fun and not for swatching purposes.
I also came across this bingo card (how I do love Internet bingo cards) which basically confirms everything I’ve been feeling throughout my life. It’s nice to be able to name what I have.
