Revlon Top Speed Nail Enamel in Sugar Plum

Before we had nail art, nail stamping and all the new at-home nail application products (such as gel nails), fast-drying nail polish was kind of noteworthy when I was growing up.

You could cut down on drying time without sacrificing quality. It was a novel idea to us.  I remember all my aunts and my mother buying up bottles of red, white and champagne Top Speed nail colors.

Sugar Plum is a berried-plum with a semi-metallic finish. It applied nicely in two coats. It lasted on me for 3 days without chipping. This photo was taken on Day 2. You can see  a bit of wear on the tips.

I am always attracted to plummy shimmers. I think I will keep this and use a top coat with it.
