MUA cosmetics are now being sold in the U.S, notably at CVS. I picked up two lippies during a sale.
Left to right: Brick and Mulberry.
Brick is a warm brick-red.
Mulberry is a brownish rosy pink.
Both are on the matte side with no shimmer.
In natural light:
Both are decent when it comes to quality. They apply nicely and have a soft, underwhelming scent. They fade after about 3 hours. They can be a bit drying, but it’s not unbearable.
I really like Mulberry as a soft pink for my complexion. Brick is a great fall shade if you have warm tones in your complexion.
I will use these up, but I don’t know if I would repurchase Brick. The quality makes it decent to use, but it’s not a product I would rave about.
Since Mulberry is a shade I covet (it’s hard to find soft pinks for brown skin that don’t look too blue) I will try to make it work for me and perform better. I think I have a lip liner I could use with it.
Pros: Sold at CVS, not expensive, nice packaging, applies easily to lips, nice colors.
Cons; Doesn’t last too long, a little drying.
