Review: Sephora Collection Contour Inner Rim Gel Eyeliners in Fawn Over Me and Wide Eyed

Have our prayers been answered? (No, not the one asking for Bradley James to be cloned. Or am I the only one asking for that?)

The one where we ask for a waterline pencil that stays on the waterline.

Let’s find out!

I have Fawn Over Me (top) and Wide Eyed (bottom) to show you.

Fawn Over Me is described as “brown” while Wide Eyed is described as “nude”. They are both shimmer-deficient.

On my waterline they both lasted about 6 hours before fading. It has been 8 hours and Wide Eyed is still noticeable on my waterline while FOM is mostly gone.

The pencils are very creamy and glide on smoothly. They are mechanical pencils so there is no need for sharpening.

They are each only 0.01 oz. I presume this is so because these are specifically designed for just the waterline and the company believes users will rely on a different product for the upper lashline.

Pros: Nice, smooth application, creamy formula, pretty, practical colors, very affordable.
Cons: Doesn’t last past 6 hours, only available at Sephora.

Grades: Fawn Over Me (B+), Wide Eyed (A-)

These cost $8 at Sephora.

  5. They sure do look very creamy! Too bad they don’t last a little longer.
