Well, I’ve been gone for ages, haven’t I? I will explain.
Last week I had an emotional breakdown and became very depressed and distressed. I couldn’t bring myself to blog or do much else. Even going to work was a struggle for me. I could barely manage that, much less take, upload, and edit photos and write reviews.
I’m doing better this week, and I hope to return to blogging by Thursday.
I did do a bit of self-care over the past two weeks:
1) I took a friend out to lunch. She also has depression and she really appreciated it.
2) I have been watching Frasier. It’s hilarious and so many of the actors on the main cast are great.
3) I got my eyebrows waxed. They really needed it!
4) I have been using my bath bombs. So far I have used Autumn Leaf and Twilight.
5) I went to see a therapist! He can’t continue to see me because he doesn’t take my insurance, but it’s a great first step for me.
