L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Powder in Sun Beige

I’ve been looking more and more at the drugstore for matte powders. I found this L’Oreal one during a sale.

The packaging is simple and straightforward. A clear window on the front, a flip top lid, and a sponge on the other side for convenient application.

Sun Beige is my closest match.

Here is the swatch:

Pretty good, huh? However, this could change come summer.

Let’s hope not because I like this powder. It’s a powder that does indeed mattify and keep the shine at bay. I got 5 hours of “keep back, shine!” out of it.

It’s not 16 hours of wear, but for a drugstore product I think 5 hours is the best I have experienced. I can live with it.

Try it if you can and let me know what you think.

I’ve been using this in the lightest shade and I really like it. I think my next powder will be Wet ‘m Wild Coverall because I’ve heard good things about it and it’s cheaper. But if that one doesn’t work out I’ll definitely go back to this one. I just wish it was cruelty-free.

I haven’t seen this at Revlon counters in my country yet :/
