Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighting Gold Bar in Holly Gold-head

I’ll be discussing most of what the lovely Lisa of Midwest Glam sent me, so be prepared to hear about the lovely Lisa in the future.

She’s lovely, in case you didn’t know.

She sent me this limited edition highlighter, a rectangle of gold pressed shimmer powder.

It has a pretty gold peach star stamped into it.

That is just the gold.

That is the peach mixed with gold.

Strangely, the top swatch is the mixed swatch. The bottom swatch is the pure gold swatch. Perhaps  peach enhances the gold more. It’s an interesting result.

I’ve checked around, and this is available on eBay if you’d like to buy it. I really like it. It’s a good highlighter but if you have oily skin be sure to powder your face before applying. I apply just a touch and I try to use a light hand.

And Wet’n’Wild highlighters are usually really good. Glad you’re enjoying it.

I’m enjoying my Sleek highlighting palette way too much for me to think of buying this, but I’m happy it works well for you! I’m also thinking of getting the Mary-Lou Manizer of TheBalm – any thoughts on that?

wow this looks so gorgeous 🙂 the packaging is so adorable…and the peach mix gold looks so amazing…

  4. Awww I hope you like it! There’s a mirror tucked inside the base too. It’s kind of a pain to pull out though.

That is gorgeous!! I should’ve jumped on it when I saw it in stores.
