Review: MAC Fluidline in Siahi

This is from my Arlington shopping haul. I missed out on Siahi when it first came onto the scene in 2011, so I was pleased they re-released it.

It comes in the usual glass pot and tight black cap all Fluidlines are housed in.

Here is the beautiful deep teal swatch. MAC describes it as “deep ocean blue”.

It lasted on me for 8 hours straight. It didn’t transfer or smudge, but I did test this during winter and not during the hot summer months.

It came off once I washed my face, leaving some traces of bluish color.

The color is a beautiful teal-blue on my skintone. It loses its darker tone on my complexion but the shade is still beautiful.

The consistency is soft, pliable and easy to manipulate. My brush dipped in easily and picked up product without a fight.

Pros: Pliable product, glass pot and tight lid, decent pigmentation
Cons: Somewhat pricey ($17), only sold at MAC counters and stores, not waterproof.

Grade: B+

The color is lovely but I’d have wanted this to be waterproof!

  2. I have this one and I adore it.

  3. I have a few fluidlines that I really enjoy, but not this one. The color is amazing, but nothing I would really reach for.

the color is great something which i would love to wear almost everyday, it would have been better if it was waterproof as well 🙂
