Korres Powder Blush in 22 Purple

I think the Korres makeup line is often overlooked. There are some gems to be found in it.

One of the things I especially like from Korres are their blushes.

15 Natural is my all-time favorite, I-would-kill-my-best-friend for HG neutral blush (let’s hope my best friend doesn’t read this). It makes me look gorgeous. Hell, it would make Gollum look gorgeous. It’s really that good.

It comes as a small surprise to me that 22 Purple also makes me happy. I love it when I experience consistently good quality across a product line.

Purple is a soft plum that leans a little brown.

Here is the swatch:

It looks kinda brown in the swatch but it is more plum on my face.

It blends smoothly and effortlessly, lasts for 8 hours and doesn’t look too heavy or clown-like. I’m pleased at the soft flush of color. I think many plum blushes have a tendency to look very deep and red. This doesn’t commit either offenses.

What do you think of this? Have you ever tried Korres makeup?
